Mr. Gary Buhler has over 16 years of field and laboratory experience in aquatic toxicology, aquatic biology, and environmental chemistry.   Mr. Buhler played a key role over several years at NAS in the successful performance of three on-site effluent studies at a San Francisco Bay oil refinery carried out using a mobile laboratory.  His experience includes laboratory management, aquatic laboratory design, acute and chronic effluent toxicity testing, sediment toxicity tests, marine and freshwater biomonitoring and bioaccumulation studies, and culture of freshwater and marine organisms.  Mr. Buhler currently manages NAS' WET testing program.
