NAS operates aquatic toxicology laboratory facilities located on a 1.2-acre site adjacent to Yaquina Bay in Newport, Oregon, providing direct access to high quality seawater. 

The facilities include over 5000 ft² of offices, wet and dry biological laboratories, refrigerated and frozen storage, and an analytical support laboratory equipped for GC/MS and other analyses.  Constant temperature rooms are equipped with photoperiod control, and can be set to achieve a temperature in the range of 12 to 25^oC, ± 0.5^oC. 

Our central Oregon Coast location is within driving distance of Portland International Airport as well as Eugene airport and Newport's own airport.  Overnight or same-day delivery of samples is available through several courier services or air services to one of these airports.  Saturday delivery is available through UPS.
